Ingredients
- 1/2 ½ cup soy sauce
- 1/4 ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 Tablespoons Asian Sesame Oil
- Juice of one lime
- 1 to 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced Ginger
- 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
- Thai Chile finely diced

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, lime juice, and honey. Stir in the ginger, garlic, and chile.
Transfer to a small serving bowl and serve at once.
