Ingredients
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 28 oz can chopped tomato
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 t basil
- 1 t oregano
- 1/4 C olive oil
- salt, pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in olive oil till clear. Add tomatoes plus 1/2 can of water. Add spices. Add broccoli florettes and stems cut into 3/4 inch pieces. Bring to a boil, then simmer for approximately 45 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Serve on linguini, rigatoni, or medium shells.
