Ingredients
- 1/4 ¼ C. chopped onion
- 1/4 ¼ C. chopped celery
- 2 Tbs. butter/margarine
- 14 oz. chicken broth
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 ¾ C. grated parmesan cheese
- 7 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 C. chopped cooked chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Cook onion, celery, butter until tender. Add broth, cream cheese and ½ c. parmesan cheese. Stir on low heat until cream cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients-except ¼ C. parmesan-toss lightly. Spoon into 11x7 or 9x13. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ C. parmesan.
