Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 1 c. red papaya chunks
- 1 c. peach chunks
- 2 T. water
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Peel banana and cut into 1" pieces. Place banana slices, papaya chunks and peach chunks on a wax paper lined rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. until completely frozen.
Process fruit, water and lemon juice in food processor until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze up to 2 weeks.
