Everyone knows popcorn's a good diet snack—but homemade kettle corn? Now that's a treat! This recipe will work with any type of popcorn, but air-popped has the fewest calories.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 8 cup popped popcorn

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine oil, sugar and 2 Tbsp. water in saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 3 minutes. Toss popcorn with sugar mixture in large bowl. Cool 5 minutes, then serve, or store in airtight container.
