Ingredients
- 3 loaves Pepperidge Farm white bread
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (light is ok)
- 1/2 ½ C. sugar
- sugar + cinnamon
- 2 sticks butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Combine egg yolks, cream cheese and sugar. Mix well. Cut crusts off bread and flatten with rolling pin-flatten well. Spread cream cheese mixture on bread. Roll it up. Roll in butter, then cinnamon and sugar. Put on cookie sheet and freeze. Cut each piece into half. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
