Ingredients
- Brown meat on medium heat in 4 quart pot, 15 minutes, then add:
- 6 pounds beef, ½ inch cubes with all fat removed
- 6 cups beef broth
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 6 medium onions, diced
- 9 tablespoons Red chili pepper, pure ground chili pepper
- 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 3 - 15 ounce cans of tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
- Boil rapidly for 45 minutes, or until the meat is almost tender, with id on the pot.
- Then add:
- 9 Tablespoons chili powder
- 4 1/2 4 ½ tablespoon cumin
- 6 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 teaspoons pepper

Step 1
Reduce heat to a very slow simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with grated cheese, chopped onions and jalapenos.
