- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups chopped peeled peaches
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup bourbon
- Ice

Preparation
Step 1
Start with fresh lemon juice in a pitcher. Combine water, peaches, mint leaves, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Place in freezer 30 minutes. Press through a fine sieve into pitcher with lemon juice; discard solids. Stir in bourbon, and serve over ice.
