Preparation
Step 1
Spinach Salad:
Put cucumber and carrots through the mandolin and julieen
mix together black and white sesame seeds, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add in cucumber , carrots and spinach. Let marinade in refrig.
Ginger Terraki Sauce:
take ginger, garlic, white onion and saute in sesame oil. add a little sweet chili to caramelize everything. You don't have to peel the ginger because eventually you are going to strain the sauce. Bring to a boil then add soy sauce and brown sugar. Then double the amount of sauce with water and reduce. Keep doing this process for several hours.
Steak:
marinate in a mixture of sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and sweet chili
Sauces:
Mayo mixed with sweet chili
Wasabi - empty whole container of powder in cold water and make it runny.
Terreaki Sauce: strain sauce when done and mix water and cornstarch into it. Bring to a boil then simmer. You want to taste the soy because it will not be as strong once it is put together.
Grill wonton, layer spinach salad, then either meat or tuna then drizzle all three sauces across the top.
