Ingredients
- 1 package (4-serving size) any flavor red gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can (16 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
In medium-sized bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
In large bowl, break up cranberry sauce into chunks with fork until no large pieces are left. Stir in range juice, then gelatin. Fold in sour cream. Chill in bowl or in 3-cup gelatin mold for 2 to 3 hours, until firm.
Serve right from bowl or invert mold over large serving platter and unmold. Serve chilled.
Notes:
To unmold gelatin, scrape butter knife around edges to loosen it and/or place warm dish towel around mold and turn mold upside down on serving platter that's at least 1 inch larger around than mold.
