Spiral Ham with Cranberry Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 spiral ham (8 – 10 lbs)
- 1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce (16 oz)
- 1 pkg fresh or frozen cranberries (12 oz)
- 1 jar red currant jelly (12 oz)
- 1 cup light com syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
1 Place optional extender on bowl so that the ham is not close to the heating elements.
Place ham on the lower rack of the FlavorWave oven. Cook at 325°F for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, for glaze, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until cranberries pop. Stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat; set aside. Baste ham twice with 1 1/2 cups glaze.
Ham is ready when a meat thermometer read 140°F, Serve remaining glaze with ham.
