Fruitcake!

Ingredients

• 1 cup prepared Mince Meat
• 1 cup walnuts or pecans
• 1 1/3 cup (15 oz.) Eagle Brand
• 1 egg, beaten
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• Candied cherries
• Dates

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mince meat, nuts, candy, Eagle Brand and egg. Stir in flour and baking soda. Pour into greased loaf or bundt pan, waxed paper lined and greased again. Bake at 350, 1 1/2 hours (until center springs back).
