Ingredients

  • 1/2 ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • skinned, boned thighs of chicken
  • 1/3 cup and ¼ cup butter
  • 1/4 ¼ cup OJ (SM-I use the one with pulp)
  • 1/4 ¼ cup honey

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and shake with chicken (I use skinned, boned thighs).

Melt the 1/3 cup butter in a shallow baking dish at 400 F (cover pan with foil in case it spatters). Roll chicken pieces in butter in the pan. After shaking chicken in the flour mixture, place in the pan. If you use pieces with skin and bone, it takes longer to cook.

Bake at 400 F for about 25 minutes, cool oven to 300 F.

Sauce
Make sauce in the microwave with ¼ cup butter, ¼ cup OJ and ¼ cup honey (just need to melt it all together).

Turn chicken over. Pour sauce over the chicken. Cook about 10 – 15 minutes until chicken is done, turning once.
