Ingredients

  • 1 ) 3 eggs
  • 2 ) 1 cup sugar
  • 4 ) 3/4 cup corn syrup (light)
  • 5 ) 1/4 cup corn syrup (dark)
  • 6 ) 4 tablespoons butter
  • 7 ) 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 8 ) 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 9 ) 2 cups pecans
  • 10 ) 1 pie crust unbaked

Step 1

Beat eggs and add corn syrup, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until pie is set and top is golden brown.
