Ingredients
- Sautee in skillet and then transfer to slow cooker:
- 3/4 ¾ C. chicken, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- Stir in:
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. water
- 1 can (15 oz) white kidney beans or cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo bean, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained or 1 ¼ C. frozen shoepeg corn
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
- 1 to 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
