Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage (I use reduced fat)
  • 1-1/4 cup Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 1-1/4 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup prepared ranch dressing
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1/4 ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 pkg wonton wraps

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place wontons in greased mini-muffin pans. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove wontons from muffin pan and place on cookie sheet.

Combine above ingredients. Stuff wonton wraps with filler. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
