Ingredients
- 1 lg jalapeno pepper seeded
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs orange juice, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Place jalapeno, rice wine vinegar, olive oil and Dijon mustard in a blender. Puree on high until mixture is complete liquefied, 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add orange juice to dressing.
