Ingredients
- 1 lb ground skinless turkey breast
- 1 small zucchini shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayo
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Heat a nonstick ridged grill pan over medium low heat.
Combine the turkey, zucchini, cheese, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl until blended. Shape into four patties.
Grill the patties until browned on the outside and no longer pink in the center, about 7 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, whisk together the ketchup and mayo in a small bowl.
Layer the lettuce, burgers and tomato slices on the bottoms on the hamburger buns. Top with the ketchup mixture, then the bun tops.
