Ingredients
- 2-8 oz. cream cheese
- 1-8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese until smooth, gradually stir in crushed pineapple, 3/4 cup chopped pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into a ball and cover with remaining nuts. Refrigerate.
