Smoothie: Countess Coconut (Healthy)

This smoothie is literally the most delicious treat you’ve ever tasted, and so incredibly healthy. You obviously have to love coconut. You can also add a handful of frozen blueberries if you want to take away from the pure coco-nutty taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2-ounces coconut water
- 4-ounces soy milk
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 1/8 cup dried coconut
- 10 raw almonds
- 4 pitted dates (or 2 Medjool Dates)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
