Slow Cooker Char Siu Pork Roast

By

2.11 - I picked this recipe for Jerry to cook while he was taking care of Ally and Jasper. They all loved it. I can't wait to try it!

1.24.12 - Linda came to Perdido for a girls' night and I cooked this for dinner. I haven't used our crockpot but a couple of times and think it must cook waaaay too fast. Recipe says 8 hours on low and it was falling apart in 5 hours and I left it in a little longer and it got a bit dried out. I think I could modify it and put it in the oven - the marinade/sauce is yummy.
