Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. butter, room temperature
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 C. sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1 1 C. flour
- 1 9 sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour. Spread on the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan.
- FILLING:
- 12 12 12 oz. cream cheese, room temp
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C. sugar
- 1 1 1 egg
- 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Blend in egg and vanilla. Pour on crust.

WHIPPED CREAM: 1 C. heavy cream, whipped with 2 T. powdered sugar, ¼ tsp. cinnamon. Whip until stiff peaks form.
