Apple Torte

Ingredients

• CRUST:
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. butter, room temperature
• 1/3 1/3 1/3 C. sugar
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1 1 C. flour
• 1 9 sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour. Spread on the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan.
• FILLING:
• 12 12 12 oz. cream cheese, room temp
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 C. sugar
• 1 1 1 egg
• 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla
• Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Blend in egg and vanilla. Pour on crust.

Preparation

Step 1

WHIPPED CREAM: 1 C. heavy cream, whipped with 2 T. powdered sugar, ¼ tsp. cinnamon. Whip until stiff peaks form.
