Ingredients
- 2 cups onions
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut up
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 can green chiles, small
- 2 cans rotelle
- 2 cans Northern white beans

Preparation
Step 1
Saute two cups onions with garlic and oil. Add chicken, chicken broth, cumin, cayene, oregano, chiles, and Rotelle. Simmer two hours; add Northern white beans during last half hour. Garnish with sour cream and montery jack cheese.
