Ingredients

  • 2/3 c Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 1 ripe mango, pitted, peeled & chopped
  • 5 ice cubes
  • sugar or honey to taste (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all the ingredients, except the sugar in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth (a few chunks of whirling around is okay).
3. Taste the mixture.
4. Add 1-2t of sugar if you'd like it sweeter.
5. Pour into 2 glasses & serve.
