  • 4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups beef stock
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 ripe olives, soaked in molasses and vinegar, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme
  • Dollar potatoes, sliced
