Ingredients
- 2 cups onion, sauteed
- 1 lb. flank steak, browned and sliced
- 4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 ripe olives, soaked in molasses and vinegar, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- Dollar potatoes, sliced

Step 1
Lay more potatoes on top. Put in oven at 375 uncovered. When done, sprinkle with parsley.
