  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • toasted sliced almonds
  • Orange-Cilantro:
  • 1 small navel orange, peeled and white pith removed, thinly sliced
  • 1 minced jalapeño pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Cilantro leaves for garnish
