Impossible Pie

I don't know much about this recipe, I ran across it in my fathers hand written cookbook after he passed away. But it looks easy enough:)

Ingredients

• 2 C Milk
• 1/2 stick butter (4T)
• 4 Eggs
• 3/4 C sugar
• 1/2 C bisquick
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 C coconut (optional)

Cooking time 45mins

Step 1

Blend all ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour in a greased pie plate and bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
