Ingredients
- 2 - 15.8 oz. cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 - 16 oz. bottle Italian dressing, (I use Kraft zesty)
- 1 - 11 oz. can white shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 large firm tomato, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley, (I use Italian flat)
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, cover and chill
8-24 hours.
Spoon mixture into a serving bowl, using slotted spoon.
Serve with tortillia chips.
