Ingredients
- 1 big fryer
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 package frozen tortillas
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese; grated

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken and debone and cut into small pieces. Saute onions in oleo in sauce pan. Add soups, Rotel, and broth. Tear tortillas into quarters.
Alternate tortillas, sauce, chicken and cheese. Repeat.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
