Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 3 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs

Step 1

Lay bacon slices over heating base in wok. Turn heat control to 350º. Fry bacon until crisp, about 6 minutes. Remove bacon, drain on paper towel and crumble. With bacon drippings in wok, stir-fry onion for 2 minutes. Add rice and stir-fry 7-8 minutes. Add soy sauce, water and crumbled bacon. Reduce heat to 250º. Pour effs on top of rice mixture. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until egg is cooked. Reduce heat to warm for serving.
