Cranberry Salad (Kathy Little)

Ingredients

  • 1 package cranberries (12 oz) chopped fine
  • 2 ) 4 apples, unpeeled and chopped
  • 3 ) 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 4 ) 1 bunch celery, chopped fine
  • 5 ) 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 6 ) 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 7 ) 3 cups sugar
  • 8 ) 3 packages strawberry jello

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 1 1/2 cups water. Add jello and mix until dissolved. Add other ingrediants in large bowl and mix together and set aside. Put jello in refrigerator until it starts to gel. Then add to cranberry mixture. Refrigerate.
