Ingredients

1 pkg German Chocolate Cake mix
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 bottle caramel ice cream topping
1 pkg cool whip
4 skor candy bars

Preparation

Step 1

Bake German Chocolate Cake according to directions on the box.
Poke holes in top of cake and fill with sweetened condensed milk.
Spread caramel over top of cake.
Refrigerate
Before serving, spread cool whip on top
Sprinkle skor bars on top

(Heath bars work also)
