- 1 1/2 Cup starter
- 2 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 qt sliced peaches w/ juice.

Step 1
Put all in a large jar, cover loosely and stir daily for 10 days. Add 2 1/2 cups sugar and 16oz can pineapple chunks with juice. Stir daily for 10 more days. Add 2 1/2 cups sugar and 2 9 oz marachino cherries. Stir for 10 more days then make cakes. Makes 3 cakes.
For each cake use:
1 1/2 cup fruit without juice
1 cake mix with pudding
2/3 cup oil - 1 cup chopped nuts
4 eggs - 1 small box instant vanilla pudding.
Mix and pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degree for 50-60 minutes.
Frost while warm with cream cheese frosting.
