Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread
  • 27 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 ¼ C. minced onion
  • 1/2 ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 stick margarine

Step 1

Thaw bread-rise until double. Roll out to ½ inch thick on lightly floured surface. Spread with soft margarine. Combine onion, pepper, margarine, add kraut and lightly brown. Spread over dough. Roll as for cinnamon rolls. Cut into 3 parts and place in greased 9 x13 pan. Brush top with butter. Let rise again until double. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until nicely brown.
