Ingredients
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 T black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/3-1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2-1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce, to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Option: Add 2-3 slices crisp bacon
