Ingredients
- 1 C Beef Broth
- 1 C Chicken Broth
- 1/2 ½ C Celery
- 1/2 ½ C Onion
- 1/2 ½ C Green pepper
- 8 oz. Corned Beef
- 8 oz. Swiss Cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C Sauerkraut
- 4 C Milk
- 1/2 ½ C Butter
- 1 C Flour

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Melt butter, add flour and cook to make a roux. Add milk. Gradually add Swiss cheese.
3. Add roux mixture to broth. Add corned beef and sauerkraut. Simmer 20 minutes.
