Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried fenel
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon groun cinnamon
- 1 1/2 taspoons ground turmeric
- 5 whole cloves

Preparation
Step 1
Crush all the ingredients together using a mortar and pestle or grind together in a food processor until fine. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or in a
cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
This is great for waking up veggies and simply broiled chicken, fish, and seafood.
Optional for Phase 3:
Add 3 ground cardmom seeds to the mix for extra favor.
