Step 1
Brown sausage and remove from pan. Add flour to grease from sausage to make a rue and cook for 30 min.
cook chicken separately
Add raw peppers, onion, carrots, celery to rue
Add chicken stock, tabasco, worchestire, s&p, garlic, thyme, sage etc
At end att at least 1/2 c fresh chopped parsley
