Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small grated onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • toasted bread crumbs

Step 1

Cook broccoli according to directions and drain. Combine soup, Miracle Whip, eggs, onion and seasonings with broccoli. Cover with cheese first and then bread crumbs. can sprinkle top with almonds. Dot with butter.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Let set about 10 minutes and it will cut into squares evenly for serving. Makes 1 (9") square pyrex dish or 1 (2qt.) flat pyrex.
