Ingredients
- 1 cup Minute rice (or regular)
- 1/2 cup dried onion flakes (or fresh as much as desired)
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (add a little extra)
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli (or fresh)

Step 1
Cook rice and set aside. Saute onion in butter, add soup and about 1/2-3/4 can milk. Mix well, add melted cheese, broccoli and rice. Pour in casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
