Ingredients

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or croutons
  • 1/3 cup Bacos
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Layer in bowl lettuce and spinach. Put green peas on top, then onions, sliced hard boiled eggs. Sprinkle grated cheese, put croutons and Bacos. Pour dressing on top. Seal tightly. Chill in refrigerator for 10 hours.
