Ingredients
- 2 tbs low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tbs canola oil, divided
- 1 tbs, ginger root, minced
- 3 tsp garlic minced
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 4 cups broccoli
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup cooked brown rice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook shrimp in half of oil. Remove
2. Cook onion, ginger, garlic in rest of oil.
3. Add broccoli and cook for a few minutes.
4. Stir seasoning together and add to pan with shrimp and broccoli mixture.
