Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 cups loose packed frozen has browns
  • 1 (8 oz.) can small whole onions, drained and cut
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1

In saucepan, combine soup, milk and cream cheese; stir over medium heat until smooth. Combine potatoes and onions, stir in soup mixture. Pour into baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350, 1 1/4 hours, until potatoes are tender. Remove foil, top with cheese; return to oven until cheese melts.
