- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg (3-3/4 oz) Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1/2 Chopped Walnuts

Step 1
Directions:
Spray 5 foil mini loaf pans with cooking spray. Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended. Add bananas and nuts; mix just until blended. Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely.
Note: I used one large bread pan - too much batter - better to use 2 smaller bread pans if you want banana bread in regular loaves.
