Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped 1/2 pound deli sliced corned beef, finely chopped 1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well, and spoon into baking dish.

Cover and bake 20 minutes, or until bubbly. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until it begins to turn golden. Serve warm.

Notes:
Serve with crackers or party rye bread slices.
