Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing 2 cups fresh or frozen corn (thawed if frozen)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 1 (2-1/4-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch dressing. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.

Spoon into a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
