Ingredients
- To make your own porcupine meatballs in place of the frozen meatballs, combine:
- 2 pounds (32 oz.) frozen meatballs
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3/4 cup water
- 2/3 cp light brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- (Increase cookin time by 1 minute)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients to pressure cooker, stir well and securely lock on lid. Set the cooker to high and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before (carefully) quick releasing the remaining pressure and safely removing lid. Serve over rice.
