Ingredients
- 8 oz lean ground turkey
- 2 tbl onion flakes
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup cooked carrots
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1/2 tesp salt,pepper,and garlic powder

Step 1
Cook turkey until no longer pink.
Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
