CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER NO BAKE COOKIES (Bruce Fallenstein)

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter ( or 1/2 cup), softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• pich of salt
• 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 3 cups quick oats, uncooked

Preparation

Step 1

Blend butter, sugar, cocoa, and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 90 seconds. Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt, and peanut butter. Stir well. Add oats, and stir well until well mixed.

Drop on wax paper by large spoonfulls. Let cool.
