Ingredients

  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 3 bottles (750ml each) Riesling
  • 1 c peach schnapps
  • 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
  • 6 T sugar
  • 3 ripe peaches, pitted & cut into wedges
  • 1 c fresh raspberries
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut vanilla bean lengthwise.
2. Scrape out seeds & discard pod.
3. In lg pitcher combine all ingredients, incl vanilla seeds.
4. Chill overnight.
5. Just before serving, add ice cubes.
